Ana Antonina started her life journey 48 years ago in Romania, Eastern Europe, at a little farm in the Carpathian Mountains. She was blessed with a magical childhood, exploring the forests and befriending the animals. With an endless curiosity and a big heart she decided to follow an education in supporting others in healing and understanding themselves. Her vision today is to guide others to rediscover their great, hidden inner powers through coaching and hypnotherapy.
Ana’s curiosity and willingness to learn about others and about herself challenged her limits and resiliency. At the age of 30 she faced a threshold that changed the course of her life. She dealt with an acute viral illness which kept her in recovery for about six months. Soon after that a heartbreaking divorce followed, after 15 years of marriage. She found her balance again after a few years in one personal development program of the Romanian Institute of Integrative Psychotherapy.
Since then she believes that each person has within the power to live a fulfilling life. Her passion is to guide others to connect and integrate their resources, and in this way, to support their well being and happiness.
Ana lived in Romania for 42 years having an education that started with a Nursing degree, then a degree in Psychology and a master degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy both while working as an RN.
In 2014 she took another step and moved to Arizona, USA becoming a Life Coach and Hypnotherapist after an education in the IHAP program from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. She also has been a member of the Multicultural Association of Psychology and Psychotherapy since 2015.
